It is a customer-centric Management System that can be implemented by any organization aiming/desiring to increase customer satisfaction through the provision of products and/or services that meet their requirements and comply with any legislative and regulatory requirements.
To achieve this, the standard sets the requirements for a management system that aims at the continuous improvement of the quality of provided products/services or/and all relevant functions of the organization, from receiving the customer’s expression of interest to the completion of the order/contract/purchase.
This is achieved through:
A) Continuous monitoring of the requirements and/or expectations of interested parties and readjustment of the organization’s functions where and when deemed necessary.
B) Monitoring/detecting the level of customer satisfaction of the organization and readjusting its functions where and when deemed necessary.
C) Management and evaluation of application system data for the detection of improvement opportunities (at every level), addressing deviations, and planning actions/measures to avoid their recurrence.

It constitutes a combined inspection of quality management system certification (ISO 9001) according to the above regulation and concerns organizations providing services for the Installation, Repair/Maintenance, and Decommissioning of Stationary Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Heat Pump Equipment containing fluorinated greenhouse gases.
