This standard specifies the requirements that Communication Service Organizations must meet to demonstrate their ability to consistently provide these services, aiming at satisfying the requirements of their clients.
The standard distinguishes the following five (5) sectors:
1 Advertising Agencies
2 Media Planning and Buying Agencies
3 Public Relations Agencies
4 Sales Promotion and Direct Marketing Agencies
5 Branding & Design Agencies
Additionally, it sets a series of prerequisites that a Communication Service Organization must fulfill for certification according to this standard.
